1) The quality of work that we provide requires that everyone involved be completely familiar with all processes and materials. |

2) We take our commitments extremely seriously and meeting the commitments is based on teamwork. Even with the most “positive attitude”, a lack of experience will demand that other employees stop their work to train/assist an individual that's lacking experience. That eventually frustrates everyone and causes problems with the work schedule. |

| Ceramist /Porcelain Tech |
|
Are you a talented ceramist and not entirely happy with your current job? Let's talk! |

|
| To qualify, you must have experience with implant cases, as well as the all-ceramic materials and equipment such as Empress & emax, and Zirconia cores such as Lava or Procera and similar materials. |
|
|
|
| You must be capable of completing any / all anterior work including multi-unit anterior and posterior cases in excess of 4-5 units. |
|
|
|
| The pay rate for this position is negotiable - depending on your experience, however: We're looking for talent - and we're ready to pay for it. |
|
|
|
| Certification is not required but it is a big "plus". |
