Q. |
How much does it cost? |
| A. |
THE COST FOR A SINGLE PHOTO STARTS AT $72. That prices will cover the cost for a single case as shown above - any number of teeth. This includes minor "re-working / refining" of a photo for a case. We strongly advise that the patient use the photo that we completed as "conceptual photo" to the extent possible and only get involved in additional refining / reworking of the images after a consultation with a dentist and it's determined that the image doesn't represent the work that can or will be done AND when the dentist and the patient feel the additional images are needed to fully understand what the work will look like. We're not opposed to spending additional time modifying the images if the dentist feels that the revisions are necessary to correctly represent what can or will be done for the patient. |

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. IF AT ANY POINT IN TIME IT IS FOUND THAT THE DENTAL WORK AS IT IS SHOWN IN THE SMILE DESIGN PHOTO CANNOT BE DONE, OR IS TOO EXPENSIVE, OR CAN ONLY BE PARTIALLY DONE, OR ANY OTHER PROBLEM OR OBSTACLE PREVENTS THE INDIVIDUAL FROM HAVING THE WORK DONE, WE DO NOT OFFER CREDITS OR REFUNDS OR RE-WORK OF AN IMAGE FOR ANY REASON. |

Q. |
How long does it take to get the photos back? |
| A. |
We like to have a few days to complete the photo, but we will work to your schedule and we can finish a photo in a few hours if that's necessary. HOWEVER: The photo service is provided as a pre-paid transaction only. We will email the completed photo after the individual's payment method (check or credit card payment) is funded. |

| Q. |
Is sales tax added to the cost of the photos? |
| A. |
There is NO sales tax for the photos in Arizona. In Arizona, this imaging service is considered a "Professional Service" - like an architectural drawing - and as such, there is no sales tax due or collected on the transaction. People in other states must check the tax codes in their state to be sure that there is no 'use tax' or other taxes that must be paid when paying for any product or service purchased from a business in another state. |

Q. |
Will my dentist be annoyed that I have the Smile Design photo done? |
| A. |
No! You've heard the old expression, "A picture is worth a thousand words". When dentists are doing cosmetic dental work, it's very important to them that they are getting the work done exactly as the patient wants it done. There are few things worse for a dentist than to finish some cosmetic dental work and find out that the patent doesn't like the end result. |

Q. |
Will a dentist be able to make the changes to my teeth as they're shown in the Smile Design Photo? |
| A. |
In almost all cases, a dentist will be able to make any changes that are shown in a Smile Design Photo because we are very careful to maintain the exist size of the arch as well as gum-line, location of your tooth structure, etc. We're aware of what a dentist normally can and cannot do so we avoid showing changes that set you and the dentist up for failure. Anything you do to help ensure success will be appreciated by the dentist. |

IMPORTANT: Despite our efforts to only show plausible changes, it's entirely possible that we can complete a photo that will include dental work that cannot be accomplished by a dentist. OR, can only be accomplished at a cost that the patient considers to be an unreasonable amount. Even with our efforts to ensure that we are don't show changes that are not feasible, nobody can evaluate your existing oral health, bone structure, and other conditions by looking at your photos, and these factors will greatly affect the final determination as to what can and cannot be done for you. |
If you are seriously considering cosmetic dental work, it is imperative that you consult with a dentist about your expectations. A licensed dentists may be able to do more or less for you than is shown in a Smile Design Photos, and only a qualified dentist can determine if your expectations can be accomplished after examining your existing conditions. |

Q. |
How do I ensure that the photo will accurately show the desired results? |
| A. |
The dentists use the copyrighted Lorin Library photos and their expertise to communicate what the patient wants AND what they are capable of doing for the patient. With the exception of a few isolated examples, the Lorin Library is not available to the public, so the general public needs to communicate by using simple descriptions to convey what they want to accomplish. |

Q. |
Is it necessary to create a complete new smile? In other words; how few or how many teeth must be involved? |
| A. |
No it's not necessary to show a complete new smile. We can change any number of teeth. We can correct one tooth, or close a diastema (the "gap" between teeth), or do a complete new smile. |
