Prices and Terms

Nobody can argue the need to keep lab costs as low as possible. But we understand that it doesn't help you if you save $10 - $20 on a crown but neither you nor the patient are entirely happy with the esthetics and the crowns take too long to seat.
We wish we could spend very little time on each restorations and keep the costs really low for you. But we spend enough time on every case to ensure it's done right, because wasting $50 or more of your time and your assistant's time grinding and adjusting to seat every other crown will more than off-set the satisfaction of saving $25 on each crown.

PRICES:
Q: Why don't we put our prices on this web site?
A:
First, we firmly believe that how much dentists pays for their
products and services is confidential. The dentists' other labs and their patients should not have that information.
Additionally, we ship nationwide and our prices include most of the shipping costs (see "Shipping Info page). To be as fair as possible, our prices vary due to different shipping costs to each area. That makes it difficult to publish all of the prices for all areas.
Almost all dentists deal in the same competitive market with the same insurance constraints and price-conscious patients. We understand the economics of the system and we know how important low prices are.
If you're looking for reasonably priced restorations, meticulous attention to your needs, and first-class service, we can help you.
HOWEVER, some dentists require the least expensive crowns available, and for that, we know we can't be the solution.
But, an inexpensive crown isn't a good deal if the dentist and staff needs to deal with rescheduled work because the lab-work won't work and / or the patients are "wandering off" to new dentists because they're not happy.
There are plenty of labs that are focused on low price; we focus on "getting it right" not "getting it done as cheap as possible".

TERMS:
God Bless America! If we ever needed God's help it's now! U.S. dentists: We offer open account terms of 'net 30 days' (from statement date). Simply stated:
An invoice is sent with each case. You don't need to pay from that invoice. An itemized statement is
mailed out on the first day of each month. All charges and payments that occurred during the previous month appear on that statement.
The final amount on the statement will be due and payable prior to the last day of the statement month (before the next statement is mailed). If the payment isn't received prior to the next statement being mailed, the "unpaid/late" amount will appear on the following statement with a finance charge applied to that portion.
All payments must be paid by credit card or check/s drawn on a U.S. bank.

Canadian dentists: We offer open account terms of 'net 30 days' - same as above.
Your invoices will reflect charges as shown on our fee schedule (in $US) and invoices or monthly account
statements must be paid by credit card or check/s drawn on a U.S. bank.
When a payment is made by credit card, the currency conversion will be calculated automatically at the time that payment is processed and the adjusted amount will appear on your credit card statement.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS FROM DENTAL / DENTURE PATIENTS.
Do not encourage or allow your patients to send payments directly to us.
