Shipping and Lead-Times
 
As part of our effort to keep our cost to you as low as possible: all pick-ups and deliveries beyond 10 miles from our lab are generally completed by UPS.
All UPS charges are paid by us - both ways.
We supply the UPS shipping labels (with all of
your information on them), as well as all case boxes, bio-bags and other shipping supplies.  
UPS provides overnight service to and from our lab for all locations that are less than approximately 300 miles from our lab - see the map to the right (Zone 1).
Total Case Lead-times with Shipping:
Find the location of your practice on the map to the right, then look on the color coded tables below to find the total lead-times for cases including shipping both directions.
The lead times for the sample restorations shown in each table below are the total production and transit times and do not include weekends, holidays.
