Shipping and Lead-Times
We pay all shipping/delivery costs both ways on all regular lab work. Ask us for our fee schedule for details. UPS Shield logo UPS Shipping Zone map
To keep our cost as low as possible: all pick-ups and deliveries beyond 10 miles from our lab are completed by UPS or courier service.
We supply your office with pre-printed
UPS shipping labels (with all of your info on them), or all of the supplies for a courier service, as well as all case-boxes, bio-bags and other case-related supplies.

We provide overnight shipping service to and from our lab for all dental offices that are located within Zone 1 on the map to the right.

On the map to the right, determine the zone color & number in which your practice is located, then look at the matching color / numbered zone below for the total lead time for various types of cases from your office.
The lead times for the typical restorations shown in each table below are the total production and transit times and do not include weekends, holidays.
