| Mike Konopka is the owner and President of Artistic Dental Design, Inc. and has been creating dental restorations since 1990 when he was an Honor Graduate at the Academy of Health Sciences in San Antonio, Texas. Artistic Dental Design ships to all of Arizona and Las Vegas every weekday with overnight pick-up and deliveries to all destinations in Arizona and southern Nevada. Case deliveries and pick-ups are provided using company drivers in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Arizona and the surrounding area. UPS service is provided for deliveries and pick-ups over 10 miles from the laboratory. UPS provides over-night service to most areas less than 400 miles from Artistic Dental Design's lab in Phoenix, Arizona. |
